~The Nightmare of Seth and Drey~

I sighed and shook my head. "When I said the I might have been here before, I was just joking. So, let's get a move on already! I'm getting excited!"

I grinned, and we followed him into his little workshop and into the sitting room.
"Here, have some milk and cookies."
"Thanks," I said, and took a tree-shaped one. It's been a while since I had a cookie.

I just took a glass of milk and felt great after feeling the cool liquid wash down my throat.

Santa got settled as well. "I have to ask you boys something. Do you know a tall, strange looking fellow in a black suit? Bony, looks like a skeleton?"
I swallowed. "We might. Why?"
"Well, I've seen him sneaking around my workshop a lot, taking notes and a few misallenious stuff (OOC: man, i butchered that word) with him. I wouldn't mind so much if it wasn't starting to scare some of my workers. I'm curious to know what he's doing."

I had to stifle a laugh at that. "Well, he could just be curious as to what this strange new place is. I've done that on many worlds I've been to, but I didn't necesarily take notes."

I cleared my throat uncomfortably. "Actually I know exactly what he's doing... and it's not going to be good, no matter how good his intentions are."
"What's he plan on doing?"
"Well...Seth was right about being extremely curious, but...ultimately he's going to want to take over your job. It would be 'fun' for him."

"Unfortunatley, Drey's right. That guy is Jack Skellington, the Pumpkin King. He's from Halloween Town."

"Oh my..." he said thoughtfully. "Well, we can't have that. Thank you for warning me boys. I'll be sure to be extra careful. But now, if you'll pardon me, I must leave for the moment. I just remembered the wrapping machine in room seven needs some looking after..." And then he left.
I shook my head. "Of course he would take it lightly. We need to make sure that Jack doesn't move on with his plans. He's going to send someone to kidnap Santa while work will be done in Halloween Town. I'll stay here and make sure the kidnapping doesn't happen. Do you think you can stop the town's production?"

OOC: I have something in store for basically the rest of the story, but I don't want to tell you because i want you to be shocked and surprised. But I want to ask you something first: did you want to play the role of the three kids? (there names elude me)

OOC: Lock, Shock, and Barrel? I was going to do them because Seth sings with them. It's his fav ong in the movie.

I nodded. "I'll do my best... Valon." And with that, I ran swiftly back to Halloween Town.

I shook my head and smiled. "I'm still Drey you know," I said outloud into the air, then went in the general direction of Santa Clause.

Meanwhile...

"...and remember treat Sandy Claws kindly: he's our honored guest. And NO TELLING OOGIE."

OOC: They go to oogie first before getting santa, right? btw I need to be oogie.

OOC: I think so, but I forgot what happens.

"Of course, Jack!" the three kids said simultaneously. And they ran off to, of course, Oogie's place. I saw them as I came through the door, and followed behind them.

A big bulging shadow appeared before the three kids. "Well boys? What do you have for me this time?"

OOC: I don't mean to be controling everything, but be sure to mention Jack's new 'friends' and how they might interfere.

OOC: That's actually what I planned. Lol, Seth should blow his cover here and get captured. That'd be so him.


I tried to get a closer look as I listened in.
Shock stepped forward. "Well, we're going to bring you Sandy Claws after Jack is through with him to get ideas for some Christmas thing."
Lock then stepped forward. "Also, Jack has some new friends that might interfere with this plan. One of them's a cat, and the other is... something. Like a dragon hybrid or sometin'. What were their names again?"
Barrel answered, "Sethstone and Dreyden."

"Hmm... interesting. I'd like to meet this 'Sandy Claws.' As for his friends...What more do you have on them? They're certainly not from around here. And that dragon-thing you mentioned sounds interesting."

OOC; mention how scary he is

OOC: you betcha. but should Seth blow his cover?

Lock shivered a little before answering. "Well, even though he's nice, he's very creepy. He looks as if he could easily tear anyone to shreds." I listened to that and chuckled.
You all have no idea.

OOC: lol Seth. No, not yet. Well, I guess he could, but he won't get kidnapped...yet. I'll tell you now Drey get's kidnapped first.

Oogie smiled. "Well well well. He's sounds like my kind of guy. We should make friends." He laughed. "Bring him here along with this 'Sandy Claws.'"

OOC: Alrighty. Hm, I think I will, just to be funny. It is another one of his tricks, after all.


"Yes sir!" the three said together. I gasped. Crap, not Drey. Anyone but Drey. I had to do something but what? I was about to turn and warn my friedn when i lost my footing. I was dangling helplssly from an edge, just a few feet from where Oogie was.
"Crap, not again."

Oogie looked up. "Hm? What's this?" He grabbed the cat and held him up by the tail.

OOC: Ooo, this should be funny!

OOC: Omg, sooo Seth! I'm already laughing!

"Damn it, put me down!" I hissed. "I hate being man-handled!"

Oogie laughed and gave him a shake. "Well, whadya know, a talking cat! and with an attitude as well. I could have some fun with you." He held him up to his face.

OOC: Bad idea XD

OOC: Lol, this is so good! ROFLMAO!

I sighed. "Okay, seriously, you can put me down, now."
Lock looked at me curiously, then yelled, "Hey, it's Drey's partner, Sethstone!"
"Oh, great, thanks for pointing that out, kid."

"Hmm? Oh really?" He smiled. "Then perhaps you can tell me a little more about your friend?"

I crossed my arms. "What if I don't want to?"

He laughed again. "This guy's funny! I think I might keep you around. "Then he thought about it. "Or, I have a better idea." He put Seth down. "You go on and run off now, you hear little kitty? Go on!"

OOC: Oh my gosh, I can so imagine him saying that, and it is absolutely funny!

I glared at him. "I'm not a cat, I'm a Shapesifter!"

OOC: and I can so imagine Seth saying that, but then again who can't?
