The Misadventures of Seth and Drey: Part Two

"Let's go."

I started searching around the city, trying to dodge the cops, and tried to remember where the past me would be at this time. Now, what in the world was I doing that afternoon?

I put on a hat to cover up my blue hair and went strolling the streets in the vecinity of Seth, keeping my senses open for any sign of the past him.
Let me know when you remember, I called.

I just looked back and nodded at him, and that's when the Disturbia let out a hissing sound in my head.
"Look, there's your partners."
Alright, thanks Roku. I looked over at Kain. "You know what to do. Keep them as far away from the past me as much as possible."

K: right

*Kain walks over to Roku*

K: hey kid how would you like to win the prize of your life?

OOC: Um, Roku is the Disturbia. Short for Surrokumon. Seth's partners names are Skipper and Zanzibar.

OOC: sorry that one flew strait over my head just pretend he said it to them

"Why would we want to do that when we can just steal it?" Skipper growled. Zanzibar just got in a defensive position, his eyes completely focused on Kain. I turned to Drey.
"Alright, let's go. I remember now." Then, I ran off into the nearby alleyway.

K: becouse if you win it you get somthing extra somthing beyond your wildest dreams

I took off after him. Let's hope this goes over well.

Zan went off the defensive. "You mean something that we can't steal?"


I turned into my cat form to make it easier to run faster. I headed in the general direction of Maia's home, which is exactly where the past me would be heading.

I sped up a little more to match his pace. So where are we heading?

I nodded. I'll go on ahead and see if you are. If not, we'll find the past you, and perhaps I can distract him and you can snatch the key while you're in your cat form.

I looked back at Drey. How about you nock him out? I'd be able to do it then.

K: it's somthing you cant steal only resieve

"Well then show us!" Skipper and Zan said simultaniously.

Even better. And I know just how to do it without out actually hurting you. To show him what I mean I made sparks of electricity dance in my hand.

K: ah ah ah you need to win it first

"And how do we do that?" Zan asked impatiently.

I nodded. Just make it to where it'll knock him out for about an hour. I want to relive something for myself.

K: first one to bring me an apple from the far side of town of the big tree wins and i'll know if you cheat

"How can we cheat? We'd like to know that so we don't." said Skipper.

I gave a knowing and almost teasing grin, but kept my thoughts to myself and left it at that. I understand. I'll give you an hour, grab the key, and meet you by the river. Sound good?
