The Misadventures of Seth and Drey

I stood there, ideas running through my head. How could we get out of this? I glanced over at Garth. He was shaking, and I could feel his fear building by the minute. He was a nervous wreck. I loked back to Cyrus. So calm and determined. I always hated that look. It always meant he knew something that I didn't.

*Cyrus apeared behind Drey and pu his hand on his shoulder*

C: even you cant get away from me

I let myself snap this time and swung around with a kick and punch combo. My eyes turned a deep red and an electrical barrier build up around me, but I wasn't going dark; I was in survival mode.

*Cyrus slid back a couple feet but showed no sighnof pain and still spoke very smoothly*

C: let's see how my new power matches up to you now

"New power, eh? Like what, the ability to summon monkeys?"

C: how did you know *sarcasticly*

My pupils widened and adrenaline shot through my veins; I was beyond talking now. No thought crossed through my mind. I remained posed and ready.

OOC: Lol, Seth and Cyrus actually joke with each other like A LOT. it's so funny, 'cause they're friendly enemies! Well, sort of. They're more enemies.

I just smiled, but then looked at Drey. I sensed his tension. "You okay buddy?"

*Cyrus glared at Dreyden*

D: this again?... perhaps i should stop him before he get's a chance to use his power... but that would be no fun

My heart stopped. I turned my head, and all those memories came flooding back into me once again. The pain, the power, the destruction...
"Darcore," I hissed.

OOC: wait i thought darcore was dead

OOC: Wait, then who the heck is D?

OOC: oops that was suposed to be a C my bad

OOC: Argh, you confused me. I though you were bringing my villain in, but that's alright. Just forget what I posted earlier.

I narrowed my eyes, waiting, watching every little twitch in the room.

I started growling, and I felt anger burning inside of me. But, instead of Kuroi Kaibutsu feeding my rage, it felt more like... Shiroi Kaibutsu. Which meant if I went mad, I'd be using the power of Light.

*Cyrus turned and stared at garth with his cold eye's looking into his eye's*

C: do you fear me child?

I moved into his line of sight, blocking Garth from him and taking the stare into my own eyes.

*Cyrus continued to stare back almost like he was looking threw dreyden*

C: i said... do you fear me

I could tell Garth was frozen in fear, so I answered before him. "What's it to you?!" I roared.

*Cyrus stared at Seth now*

C: i see your fear to

*Kain was standing behind Garth to prevent eney sneek atacks*

I didn't flinch. I was not about to show my fear. It was then that I felt a small presence beside me. I was the only one who could see it, but it was Shiroi Kaibutsu, growling with me, ready to take my body over if need be. That boosted my confidence.

OOC: Shiroi Kaibutsu looks like Okami, the wolf in my sig, at least until I find an original picture.

A warning growl issued from my throat. If there's an exit out of here, i'll sense it.

C: what is new is it's not your fear of me that sticks out but your fear for the boy

*he turned to Drey*

C: and yours not of me but your fear of Darcore returning

*now to Kain*

C: and you for your friends... usualy the only thing that races throu people's heads at this point is fear of me but you all are not with the exeption of the boy

I flinched in surprise. How did he know I was fearing for Garth? I looked over at Shiroi Kaibutsu, who was growling with even more hatred. Why was it him and not Kuroi that was pissed off? Was I finally leaning more towards the good side?

"Because we have something to protect," I said, finally back in my own mind. And my fear is not just of Darcore, but of myself, I added silently. There was no need anymore to hide it; it will never be used against me again.
