The Misadventures of Seth and Drey

"Shut up! You know I can beat you! All I have to do is find what killed you in your first life, and then it's all over!" I was beginning to lose myself, but I tried to keep under control. Something seemed different about Cyrus this time.

*Cyrus still just smiled a stared at seth*

K: i'm getting a very bad fealing about this guy

"I agree." Something's not right with him this time. Seth, could he have been able to clone himself?

No, Shapeshifters can't do that. However, I wonder if somehow this a Cyrus from the past, but how...? I stared at Cyrus for a moment. "How the hell are you still alive?"

C: havnt i already made this clear? i said you cant kill me!

K: well how about i give it a try!

*Kain ran up to Cyrus and started trying to punch him but Cyrus dodged every atack like Kain was in slow motion and then Kain swung at him with all his might and Cyrus stoped the punch with one hand*

C: hmph

*Cyrus punched Kain and it looked he harly touched him but it even went through his armor Kain bent over and his eye's wide and milky white from the pain kind of like in some fighting anime's then Cyrus hit him in the chin with another punch and Kain went flying back over to were Seth and Drey were*

I caught Kain, sliding back a little. "Something isn't right. He was never this powerful..."

*Cyrus read Seths mind*

C: a lot of things have changed since we last met Seth

OOC: Seth said that out loud, he wasn't thinking it. When he's thinking or mindspeaking, the words look like this.


I looked at Cyrus in surprise. "Alright, well, now you've got me, and Tyrus has his bounty. What have you got planned for me this time?" I growled.

C: well i'm going to use you to get the heart of darkness of course but then i'll just kill you off

I thought about this for a moment, then suddenly started laughing. "You might be able to use me, but you probably don't have the other Keys of Light."

OOC: And FYI, Seth is the only Key of Light that's a person. The other Keys are objects of some kind.

C: i've found a few but there are some missing pieces but they will be mine soon

"You know you can't open the Heart of Darkness without them, right? So, capturing me was useless." I said, smirking.

C: who said your so usless now i dont need to go get them myself

I laughed again. "You really think I'm going to go get them now that I now you're still alive? You can't control me anymore, remember? I might still have the collar, but I broke the system that you used to control me and track me down."

C: i dont need to controle your mind to get you to do what i want i have plenty other ways to make do it

*Cyrus looked down at Garth*

OOC: Whoops, I forgot about him. Sorry Garth!
Garth: Sure...


Garth cowered behind me, his eyes wide with fear. I took a defensive stance in front of him. "Leave the kid out of this." I growled.

OOC: me to for some time

*Cyrus apeared behind Garth and was nealing down next to him face to face*

C: it's your choice is i do or not Seth

"What do you mean?" I asked threatningly, turning to face Cyrus and pushing Garth behind me. "Why would you want to use Garth? He's just a kid, and a human, nontheless."

I stepped up beside Seth, covering Garth as well. "You'll go through me before you ever get near him," I snarled.

*Cyrus glared at Drey then in a calm voice and a smile

C: i'de be glad to hehehe but let's just say garth would be a randsom you bring the remaning pieces he lives

Tensed even more. "But you don't have him." Stay beside me, i told Garth.

*Cyrus stood up and looked Drey in the eye*

C: do you raely think it will be that hard for me to take him from you right now

I glared at Cyrus with blood-red eyes. "Why use Garth? What's he got to do with anything?" Don't worry kid, we'll get you out of this. I said to Garth in my head. He just looked at Drey, then me, and nodded.

C: well he seems varry important to you and you so i figured i'de use him and there is no way out of this

*refering to what Seth mind spoke to Garth

Grr. I forgot about the mind reading. no amount of planning will get us out. We have to react instintually.
And my first instinct was to grab Garth and run at the speed of light.
