The Misadventures of Seth and Drey

OOC: my bad

K: i'm ok... hey wait a minute i just noticed it's been 150 years and you two havent aged at all

"Well, Shapeshifters don't age and 150 years is like a month for me," I answered him, then said to Seth, "I'm alright, but this place is really messed up. That shelter was no shelter. The dragons in there were nearly starved to death." The bruise on my head began to sting.

OOC: It's alright. We're soon-to-be authors, it's our job to be picky.


I gave Drey a worried look. I touched a finger to his forehead, healed the bruise, and asked, "And the master? Did you see him at all?" It was odd that Drey wasn't healing. What kind of freaking world was this?!

K: uh lets just say we more than saw him

"Yeah. I'm not sure what he is. He seems human, just like the rest, but there's something unnatural about it. He tried forcing me into all the forms I have; dragon, fury, dragonlord, and human." I rubbed my head again, even though the bruise no longer stung and wasn't there. "It hurt. But I think I see part of how they're able to control the dragons here. There's just something missing..."

I nodded. "He sounds familiar, but I can't really place it..."

"And on top of that, he got a glimpse of what i am and now he's after me, so..."
At that moment, Garth burst in through the door in panic.
"Cael! Oh, jeez, this is such bad news. Your dragon broke loose and the city has issued a lockdown to find it! I heard it's really dan-" he finally spotted me. "Ah!! It's here! Sir, please get away!"
I growled softly. "I'm not an 'it'."

OOC: i'm not sure if i told you guys but when kain caries his new sword it somho sinks into the handle making it easy to cary also here is another picture if you forgot what it looks like

*kain grabed his sword handle geting ready for eny atacks*

"Don't even think about attacking him, dog!" I snapped at Kain. I turned back to Garth and growled, "First of all my dragon isn't an it, it's a he. Second of all, he wouldn't be dangerous if you idiots didn't treat dragons so poorly. Thirdly, he's my friend, not my pet. And fourth, if you call anyone to come get myt friend, I'll kill them all. You hear me?!" Yeah, I was getting really pissed about this world and how it functioned. Wasn't it about time?


OOC: Hey, we should have Garth join them or something. You know, let him have a close bond with Seth for some reason or something like that. The more the better!

OOC: sound good but one question who is garth eneyway did you meet him here

*kain growled at seths coment but still didnt put down his sword handle not liking the situation*

OOC: Garth is a human in this world that respects Seth because Shapeshifters don't come around very often. Yes, we met him here, and I've had the idea of him tagging along stuck in my head all week. But we should wait and see what Drey says, wherever he is...

K: so seth who is this guy

I kept my eyes on Garth and mindspoke to Kain, He's a human we met here. He's one of the kids that caught Dreyden in a trap. I'm kind of thinking of taking him with us, but I don't know what Dreyden would say...

K: why not just ask

I smirked. Not yet.

K: what are you afraid your boyfriend will say no
*kain then laughed a little outloud*
K: sorry i couldnt resist i'm just messing with you dude

I just growled and rolled my eyes.

Garth just glanced back and forth between all three of us, and then sat down on the floor. "This was NOT in my job description."
"Neither in ours, buddy," I sighed.

OOC: You know what, that sounds like a good idea!

K: hey just in case there are guard coming we need to leave

I sighed. "True." I looked at Garth. "Hey, do you want to come with us? We could always use some extra help."


OOC: hehehe, turn him into a Shapeshifter! JK.

He was eyeing me carefully. "Um..."
I sighed again. "Look, I'm not dangerous, alright? ...Okay, maybe I am, but not in the sense these people are making dragons out to be. Besides, I'm only half."
His eyes bugged out. "What?! How?!"
"Long story," i muttered.

K: guys if you dont mind hurring the guards are near i can smell them

Garth remained on the floor, still dazed. I headed for the door.
"Whether you're coming or not, we can't wait for you to make up your mind."
He didn't move or make a sound. I sighed once more. "Let's go Seth."

*kain walked out the dore to check for the guards*
K: were clear

"Alright, let's go." I walked past Garth, then looked down at him. I held out my hand. "You staying here with the good guys, or are you joining the true good guys?"
