The Misadventures of Seth and Drey: Part Two

I laughed. "Seriously? We're gonna get high on an important mission?"
"You're such a killjoy." Kuroi laughed.

"You don't get high on alcohol, Seth, you get a buzz. And I really shouldn't; beer isn't really my favorite anyways."

OOC: He likes whisky and rum.
Drey: I do not!
Oh, right, thats Adriane. I forgot what Drey likes...
Drey: *sighs and mutters* Red wine.

OOC: I thought Drey couldn't get drunk?
Seth: *clears throat* Half human...

I blinked. "I remember the last time I got drunk. I was with a group of girls and... I won't go into further details about how that turned out.."

OOC: K:pfffffffffff!!! hahahaha red wine!?

K: well ok then what would you like?

OOC: You'll have to REALY persuade Drey. He's only ever gotten drunk once, so he can't exactly hold his liquor, but once he starts on something heavy it's just one after another.

"Then let's not get you drunk again," I said to Seth, and then to Kain, "No really, none for me."

K: ah come on Drey just becouse Seth is a buzz kill since he cant ge drunk doesnt meen you cant come on it will be fun

I gave in with a sigh. "Fine, but just one," I said, and took one of the mugs of ale.
Why do I feel like I'm going to regret this? I thought to myself as I took a sip.

I sighed. "Well, I guess it wouldn't hurt. It's not like those stupid girls are here. They did that to every guy that was drunk." I held out my hand. "Give me one."

*Kain gave Seth a mug*

K: come on guys lets party a little

I drank my share and began to feel the party sense kicking in, but I took a deep breath. Cool it, Seth, don't want a repeat of last time...

I let myeslf relax a little and took a deeper gulp. "This stuff actually ain't that bad. It sure beats the cheap human drinks of modern day." I smiled a little, ignoring the fuzzy feeling already in my head.

OOC: I'll have to do third person when he get's really drunk.

OOC: I'm still trying to decide with Seth. I don't know if I want to do third person, or it'd be more fun in first person...

I scoffed. "Well, this is kind of like the drinks from my world of Eartheria, only they're more like one drink and it's too late. Very strong."

"Hmm, is that so," I mumbled, taking another drink. It was already almost three-quarters the way gone.

I was about to take another sip, but then thought otherwise and set it down. If one person was going to be sober, it was my turn.

*Kain chugged his beer faser than you can say holy shit that was fast*

K: AAAAAAH!!! come on Seth have some fun it wont kill yah besides you need to loosen up a little

I clenched my teeth and turned away. "Absolutley not. I never planned on actually having another drink after that incident with the stupid girls. Besides, someone of our group needs to keep their brain clear."

K: ah come on were grown men we can handle ourselves

I just sighed and sat back in my chair. "Alright, but don't say I didn't warn you."

Drey finished the rest in a gulp just at a waitress came back.
"Would you fellas like a refill?" she asked,
"Well, one more couldn't hurt I supposed," he said.
*about six beers later*
"An so I fall right out of the tree! Right out of the tree! It was kinda like-" He flails his arms a moment and tips over out of his sit with a crash.

I just sat there, staring at Drey incredulously. "Okay then..."

*Kain just smiled at Drey both becouse he was happy/drunk ad becouse he thought this new side of Drey was hilarious*

K: ok ok enuf of the light stuff let's move it up another level *Kain waved the waitress back over to them*

K: we'd like a couple bottles of scotch and some shot glasses

*the waitress came back with several bottles and three shot glasses*

K: alright! who's first!?

I just shook my head. "Not me, thanks. In fact, I vote for never."

K: come on if you try it you'l love it
