The Misadventures of Seth and Drey: Part Two

K: atleast here me out, you could hide in my bag it's miles across inside full of shelves that are full stuff i've colected over the years and look at it, it seems like and empty brown bag, even if he did sence you what are the chances he would even think of looking in here

"That's a good idea, except how are you two supposed to know where to go without me looking?" Plus I really don't want to hang out in his pocket, no matter how big it is."

"He's got a point."

K: you could draw a map... or better yet i'm sure i have some walkie talkies in there somwere

I shook my head. "i've got a better idea. How about we go scope out the castle and figure out how to sneak in when it's time?"

K: or that works to

I shrugged. "Sure, I'm in. Lead the way, buddy."

I nodded, and took off in a mild run away from the Academy. "There's no protective barrier around the castle; the main division of DragonKnights are there, so there's no need. Plus, my dad has always tried to put the needs of everyone else before himself. The students need more protection than the adults."

I chuckled a little. "Why am I not surprised?"

I smirked at him, and then the castle came into sight.

OOC: I don't really have a description for it yet, so just try to picture a modern structure castle with that old-fashion look.

OOC: It looks cool to me.

I looked up at the castle, and my eyes widened. "Wow."

K: Daaaaaaaaamn

OOC: Okay, I'm not sure what I was going to do with this part, so lets just skip the boring part and say they decided where they would enter from. I'm going to have them go back to the Academy for something. Sound good?

OOC: aaaaaalrighty then

OOC: Go right ahead. It's your world.

We made it back and in the Academy and inside without a hitch. Darren didn't seemed to be around when we did, so we were in the all clear.
The fledglings were training again today on their own, which meant I was there too. And partnered up with...Kar. I remember this only too well.
"Come on you stupid half-ling, at least put up some fight!"
The past me was thrown aside again, a small gash down the right hindleg, but turned back snarling angrilly. The wind was picking up drastically.

I shook my head. "Man, I feel SO sorry for you. You should've run away to my world instead of Darcore."

"I wish I could have, Seth," I muttered.
The fight was getting too fierce. Though Kar only wanted to beat me to a pulp, the scent coming from the past was getting close to killing intent. Not that I would be able to do that; Kar was too powerful.
The Kar had the past me pinned to the ground. "You spoiled soft prince! Maybe some pain will toughen you up!" he growled, and sunk his jaw to my spine, biting hard.
I felt my own cry of pain to my very bones.
"I can't take this anymore," I growled and stalked foreward before Seth or Kain could stop me. "Hey! You two are supposed to be training, not trying to kill eachother!" I yelled, still holding up my disguise.
Kar immediately let go, staring at me in fear, and bowed his way back. "Save again, Istalri," he hissed to the past me still lying in the dirt, blood seeping from his spine. There was a shimmer in the air and the past me returned to human form.
I reached down to help him. "Are you alright-?"
He slapped my hand away. "Shut up!" he snarled angrilly, glaring at me with such hate in his eyes. "I don't want your pity, and I don't want your help!"
I could only step back in shock.
The past me struggled to a stand. "You're all the same, and I'm sick of it! I sick of all of you, looking down on me like a piece of dirt!" he shrieked in deep pain. The purple dragon form of Laia and little dragon form of Rikko came foreward. "Drey..."
"NO!" he cried again. "Leave me alone!" And then he took off running.
"Drey!" the two friends ran after him.
I remained fixated where I was, shocked beyond belief as a sudden realization hit me.

I walked up next to Drey. "You alright?"

"I was me..." i whispered in a daze. "It was me that set me off..." I can't believe it. I clenched my fists. Haven't I had enough proof that it was my own fault?! Do I really need more?!!

I put a hand on his shoulder. "Hey, it's alright. This was how it was supposed to happen." I said, too low for the others to hear.

"I know," I muttered. "I'm well aware of that. Let's get somewhere so I can explain what just happened."

OOC: and wait for flames.

"Come on, let's go somewhere else so you can explain."

K: hey if you hadnt done somthing the kid may have killed the past you

I stayed silent until we were out of ear reach. "What I did was supposed to happen, because I remember it. Back then I was still trying to make up my mind on whether to run away or not. It was a DragonKnight with red hair that finally made me snap." I looked at them to see if they saw the meaning behind it.
