Drey nodded. "The best way to learn something is through experience, and we can't catch a different Fury for practice; that really would kill you. Even with me you could die."
"That's why I'm here," Kira spoke up. "If Drey looses that kind of control, he could end up hurt me as well."
"And there's no way that'll ever happen," Drey growled with conviction.
"Plus he knows I'd knock him senseless if he did," she joked with a grin. Drey returned the grin. Drake rolled his eyes and wanted to gag.
"So," Drey said, suddenly going into a fighting pose. "I want to see how well you do before learning the proper techniques, see what you can figure our yourselves." Then he smiled tauntingly and creepy. "So give me all you got."

Resuyo turned dragon and smirked. "Alright, let's go! This should be easy!"
Sephen slapped a hand to his head. "Resuyo, you're such an embarrassment."
The red dragon lunged at Drey, and shot a fireball.

OOC: I think Seth's personality has creeped into Resuyo, don't ya think?

Drey grinned and held out a claw, catching the fireball, then crushing it with ease.
"You'll have to do better than that!" he cried, lunging at Resuyo in a flash and kicked him in the side.
"Go easy on them, Drey!" Kira called out without worry. "They've never fought a Fury before."
"I know, I know," he responded casually. "But they gotta learn just how hard it is."
Sadiir and Rengei attacked at the same time. "Hey, you should keep your mind in the fight!" Sadiir roared.
In one fluid effort he spun around and slammed them down by their throats.
"I'm sorry, but I'm afraid you just died," he said emotionlessly. "You should know better than to you give your attack away."

Resuyo stood, holding a paw to his side, and he watched as Sephen turned into a dragon and silently slipped behind Drey and got ready to attack.

Drake and Venge followed Sephen's lead, stalking around him.
Drey glanced at them with only his eyes. "I'm afraid that won't work." And then it was like he simply vanished.
"You have to be quick if you want to bring one down," he said, appearing right behind Sephen.

The silver dragon instantly turned to face Drey and leaped out his reach, snarling. "Dang, is your electricity element doubled as a Fury or something?!"

He smirked. "something like that." And lunged straight for him, snarling.
Now! Drake called to Venge, and the both darting in at the same time, bowling into Drey to knock him off course. It worked, but Drey easily turned it against them, swatting them easily into a wall.
Kira cringed, but resisted going to her son's aid. This was a DragonKnight's lesson, and she should only interfere when things got too dangerous.
Drake was the first to recover and was darting back in, using his electricity to dance around, never staying in the same place.

Resuyo shook away the pain and aimed for Drey agian, this time following Drake's example.

Drey took a step back, watching them, a slight chuckled in his expression. They may be impulsive, but they're quick learners. He glanced at his son. But Drake knows my weakness. Will he share it...?
Aim for the scar on his chest, Drake sent to Resuyo. Even though he himself had never fought a Fury, he knew his Dad well. He sent the same message to Venge and Sephen; Sadiir and Rengei were still too dazed, and it seemed that "dead" meant out of the fight.

Sephen and Resuyo nodded, and they looked at each other. Sephen, what do you suggest?
I think doing this as a team would work. A couple of us divert his attention, and the others try and aim for his scar.

I'll divert him, Drake said, still moving at lightning speed. Don't give him time to catch you.

Sephen nodded. Alright. Let's go Resuyo!
His brother just grinned as they took flight and stayed out of Drey's reach.

Drake darted within range, keeping his speed up to the max. But even then he knew he wasn't as fast as Drey.
But it worked. Drake pretended to go after his dad's weakness, which he knew Drey would know he knew, and Drey went for it.

Now! Resuyo yelled, and he and Sephen both struck at the same time.

Drey gave a slight look of alarm and stumbled back as their claws stuck his chest, right on his scar. But then he gave a dark grin, and in one swift movement he had all three of them pinned on the ground, his claws on Sephen's and Drake's throut and his fangs resting just above Resuyo's.
"Check mate," he said, and let them up. "Not bad you three. It seems you caught on already to some of the basics." He glanced at the others who were still on the ground with healing bruises. "But we've got a long way to go."

Resuyo reverted back to human form as Sephen jumped up with a smile on his face. "Wow! That was cool! I think I have a major adrenaline rush going on!"

Drey glanced at him, not smiling. Drake nudge him to cut it.
"You'll all notice none of you actually bled?" Drey said. Rengei checked himself to be sure. "You should realize I went ridiculously easy on you guys; it won't be like that again. You're going to get hurt, sometimes badly, the more we go into training. I also noticed none of you had any intent to kill me; that's going to have to change as well. When fighting a Fury you have to go into it with the commitment of either kill or be killed, because that's the only situation you'll be dealt with. Now, you all should be recovered enough by now. I want you to try again, and this time, get serious. I won't be fighting with sheathed claws this time."

Sephen drooped his head as if to say sorry, then perked up again whend Drey said he was going to give them another chance. Resuyo stepped forward and said as he turned into a dragon, "Alright then Fury, you're on!"

Drey narrowed his eyes and growled. This time around, he'll show them just how scary it can be.
"Kira," he said, making her jump. "Get the antidotes ready."
She swallowed and nodded.
Drake stood up and tensed in anticipation, a chill running down his neck at the atmosphere in the room got frigid and cold. he saw everyone else give a slight shudder of fear.
And then he struck; it was so fast Drake almost missed it, and would of if he hadn't seen Venge suddenly cry out and drop with a big huge bleeding gash along his side. A strong scent of blood hit Drake's nostrils.

Resuyo barely had enough time to respond as Venge was struck down. He looked all around him, trying to pinpoint Drey's location. Sephen got into defensive position beside Drake.
"What should we do this time?"

"I-I don't know. Keep moving though, don't stay in one place." And with that he went into darting around, always away from the dark energy. What do they do? Venge was hurt, but he was already back up.
Sadiir cursed. "Damn, he's fast," and jumped in full center.
You idiot, don't leave yourself open! Drake called out to him, and out of pure instint lunged to shove him out of the way.
A moment later he felt a sharp pain in his neck and was through completely to the side. He gasped from the sudden rush of pain; his scales had been ripped.
And then he saw red eyes coming for him, and fear he hadn't know yet completely gripped his insides; a fear of death.

"Drake!" Sephen yelled, and he aimed straight at Drey.

The Fury lashed out with his tail, knocking Sephen up in the air, and then lunged for him, biting into his wing and tearing.

Sephen screamed in pain as Resuyo came up behind Drey and attacked, biting the back of his neck. "Damn it, let my brother go!"

He let go of Sephen and threw him to the ground, seeming only annoyed at the bite, and flung off Resuyo with his wings. In the same movement he attacked Rengei, Venge, and Sadiir, incapacitating all of them completely. Drake got up and darted to Sephen and Resuyo's aid, still bleeing. The place where he had been bitten was going numb.

Then he was bowled over, claws raked down his back. He fell to the ground, shocked.
Then Drey just seemed to stop, still as a statue, red eyes on Sephen and Resuyo.
"it' seems you two are the only ones left," came his haunted and chilling voice. "You're comrades are all gone."
Drake, though numb, looked to Kira in worry and horror. She was watching Drey carefully, but she didn't looked to worried. A little mortified, but not worried.
