I couldn't help but laugh. You finally noticed I was here, eh? Did things go well when you got back?


OOC:Be back on in about half an hour. Need to clean litter boxes (ugh) and eat dessert!

For the most part. I still only just got back. I'm being debriefed right now, though i don't think they notice you.
Darren pulled out, pure surprise on his face. "Wow...you sure have been through a lot. To think, other worlds..." As he trailed off, he snapped himself out of it. "Sit down, Drey." I sat.
"I'm sorry," i said again, meaning for snapping. He cut me off.
"It's alright. I know." He applied the ointment to my chest. The cool mint felt good.
"Soo...now that you know what's happened to me, what's happened here?"
Neither answered at first, and i knew immediately the situation was more serious than i thought. Much more.
"Darcore is back."
I stand corrected; nothing could have prepared me for that.

I had heard what Darren said and asked, Drey, who's Darcore... Are you okay? I could feel the fear in him beginning to rise.

I didn't hear Seth. "No...it can't...we got rid of him!...no..." Fear struck my heart. I couldn't breathe.
"Drey? Drey, calm down."
"He can't...he was supposed to be gone..." I can't go through this again. Not this.
The Fury started activating. Because i wasn't prepared, the memories started to flow.
Everyone immediately jump to attack position, Darren with the silver dagger. But he wasn't attacking yet.
"Drey, Drey staunt the flow," he coached. "You can do it."
Okay, staunt the flow... how the heck am i supposed to do that?
"Block them out with other memories," he said, as if reading my mind.
"Remember Seth," Falcon said. "And all our adventures."
Our adventures immediately popped into my head, covering up the ones i rather forget. Meeting everyone in Kropiecta, battling Cyrus. It was working, except it was taking effort just keep those in view.
Then Darren said the magic word.
"Think of Kira."
Everything inside of me froze.

I slapped a paw to my forehead. Of course, the name of the one you love had to help you.

My mind was empty except for that one name. Kira. Sweet, beautiful Kira. She'll be so happy to see me again, smiling like a sunburst. I couldn't wait to see that smile, hold her tight,, stroke her hair...
The Fury receaded, and left me gasping. Everyone relaxed. "Well done, son," Dad said.
"What is Darcore doing back?!" i gasped, calming my heartbeat. "And where is Kira?"

Darcore? I wondered, not even paying attention to see if Drey was listening. "What is it Big Brother?" I'd almost forgotten Shylo was there. "I looked to him. "I don't know, but it doesn't sound good. I'll ask if we could drop by." I closed my eyes and concentrated again. Dreyden, do you need us to drop by?

I don't know yet. You can if you want, just hide until i have the chance to pick you up. As for who is Darcore, think of Cyrus, only ten times worse.
"Kira is fine," Dad assured, still surprise by how just her name can calm me. "She's already in the monestary with the others."
That calmed me even more.
"We don't know how or why he is back," Darren said. "But there have been many suspicious activities, starting with the strange things happening before you vanished. If was actually just recently confirmed that his spirit has been revived by straggling followers and is searching for a vessal."
I growled and tried not to break the wooden chair i was sitting in. "He's looking for me, isn't he?"
They only nodded. "We would assume so. You were his best experiment, after all."
I unconsciously rubbed my chest, remembering.

Experiment!? I gasped in shock. Don't say you were created like me?! I tried not lose it my self.

Huh, sounds like I was worse. I was created and cursed. It sucked. I thought for a moment, then asked, Would I be able to show myself to them in dragon form? You could just tell them it's me.

I laughed. Who cares what I semll like? I've been through worse. Besides, you can always show them your memories.

You're right. When can you get here? I'll warn them. Then i remembered something. Wait. Aren't you needed on Kropiecta?

Alright, i'll let them know. Just don't appear where i'm at; the surprise would be too much and everyone might attack without question.
I brought myself back to the room, and everyone was looking at me anxiously.
"What?"
"We're all just wondering what's going through your mind. We're concerned for you, Drey."
I looked away. "I'm fine." The truth was, i actually wasn't. Darcore was my old master. I can't forgive him for what he's done.
Then i remembered Seth. I grinned to Cloud and Falcon. "He's coming for a visit."
They gave a start. "Really? How do you know?" Cloud said excitedly.
"Who?" the king asked.
"Seth," i replied simply.
"The one from the other world?" Darren asked, also a little excited. "But how...?"
"Somehow he and I were able to keep mind link; probably because we're so similiar."
The mood changed drastically inside the room. Everyone wanted to meet him.
"He smells a bit like a drake, though, so be careful."

"You ready, Shylo?" "You bet!" Shylo was waving his tail in excitement. His icy-blue eyes, which reminded me too much of Cyrus, glowed with interest. He'd never met Drey, and was dying to go to his first world. "Alright, let's go!" The portal opened, and we were on our way. When we got there, we landed right in front of... (Wherever you are!). "Anybody home?" I called out, excitement building in my chest. Shylo shifted his paws a little, but other than that remainded calm.

Everyone gave a start when they heard a voice outside the room. Falcon, Cloud, and I smiled. I stood up, still shirtless, and opened the door. "Hey, Seth."

I laughed. I just couldn't help it. "I know it's been only a short while since we saw each other, but it still feels like a year! By the way, this is my little brother, Shylo." Shylo smiled a huge smile and said cheerfully, "Hey, everybody! Waz up?"

I nodded. "Hey, Shylo." Cloud and Falcon grinned. "Short time no see," Falcon joked.
I could feel Dad and Darren tense. They sense the drake scent (which i still haven't figured out, since he said he was actually born a dragon).
"I go ahead with introduction. Dad, Darren, this is Seth and his brother Shylo. Seth, this is Darren, the leader of the Clan." Darren nodded his head, loosening up with the intro a bit, and managed a smile. "And this is my Dad, the King of Dragons."

I diped my head inrespect, and butted Shylo with my wing to do the same, which he did. "It's a pleasure meeting you all." I then stood, and noticed Shylo still bowing. "You can get up now." "Oh, oops." We both laughed.

My Dad chuckled and smiled. "So you're the one who took care of my son?"
I rolled my eyes, annoyed. "Just ignore him. You're best friends with both Princes, so he can't do nuthin."
"Oh?" He gave me one of those looks. I cringed, expecting something.

I nodded. "Yes, I'm friends with them, even though it kind of started off bad with this stupid Drake smell." Shylo laughed. "Maybe your were hanging around Cyrus's allies too much." I growled and put my paw to his mouth. "Goodness, you're worse than the Disturbia."

I shook my head and smiled.
Darren came up to Seth and circled him. "Fascinating..."

OOC: Does Seth still have that mark at this point?

OOC: Yes, he still has the mark on his chest. He also has one on his eye, like in the signature, and one on his left hindleg. All from Cyrus when Seth betrayed him. They can never go away, just FYI.
