The Misadventures of Seth and Drey

K: cool so were should we stay

"There's a nice hotel we can stay at. Follow me." I began walking towards a large buliding, which was made out of pure white marble. It seemed to be about 30 stories high, but I was too lazy to count.

I followed behind, looking everywhere with a kind of peace in my expression. If only I could have grown up in a place like this. Would I have turned out different? That thought couldn't help getting inside my head.

K: so this is were you grew up? this isnt realy what i expected from you

"Well, what did you expect?"

K: well your always so dramatice so i kind of expected gloom and doom

"Unfortunatley, that's in the future when I turn evil... Wait. Kain, ask someone what year it is."

"Gloom and doom would my childhood," I said. "though it still was a beautiful place."

K: ok

*Kain pulled over somone and asked what year it was*

OOC: Okay, I forgot what year we siad before, and I'm tired of doing math, so we'll say it's about 2067 or so. Yeah, pretend the person said that.


I whistled, but failed in this form. "So, we're in the past... But are we in my past as well?"

I gave a little start. So we are traveling through time as well. "well, were you here around this time?"

K: i'd love to meet the younger version of you

"Yes." I answered Drey. I gave a start when Kain mentioned meeting the younger me. "No! You can't!" I snapped, remembering the rules of time-travel Arokh had told me all those years ago.

K: what it's not like you would know who i am

"But that's not the point!" I growled. "If we mess with our past selves, then it could ruin the future and change everything! Well, at least I can't mess with my past self. But I'm not risking it. We can't meet the past me Kain, and that's final." It was then out of the corner of my eye, a shadowy figure ran into a nearby alleyway. But before it disappeared, I noticed it's cat-like eyes... Purple cat-like eyes.

"I think that was you," I said to Seth. I knew the rules too, but...I was interesting in what he was like younger, too.

I smiled. "You bet it is. I think we were planning something drastic around this time. Some dirty trick to pull on the Police Force's chain. I was pretty popular with them."

K: oh now i haft to see this

I grinned. "I'd imagine so. Let's follow you. Er, the younger you."

I nodded. "We just can't interact with me... er, him. Darn it, now I'm saying it, too!" That was when I felt something insdie me. I closed my eyes and looked into my aura... And my powers had returned! I transformed back into a human, and breathed a sigh of relief. "i'll have to watch that form. It obviously drains my powers for a while."

I looked him up and down. "And you might want to alter your appearence, too. You might recognize yourself."

OOC: lol, we've got a major time paradox going on.
Drey: that's why you don't mess with time.

"Aw, come on. What could possibly happen?"

K: sais the guy who just said not to mess with time

I leapt onto the roof of a building. "Well, come on, let's follow them!"

I ignored Kain and went after the younger me. I wonder which trick this was? There were so many, I couldn't keep track.
