The Misadventures of Seth and Drey

"Really? Seth doesn't get that reaction at all."
"Yeah, well..."
"Hey Kain, do you have anyone that you like?"

K: well yah i'm kind of married

*kain said as he took of his shirt to ring it out

"You're married? Wow."
I looked at Skipper. "Why did you ask him?"
He shrugged. "No reason."

K: i guess that suprised you as well

*kain roled his eyes as he layed out his shirt and pants to dry*

Garth glanced all around, trying to take it all in. "So wait; you two are both shapeshifters," he pointed at Seth and Skipper, "And you two are princes," he pointed at Kain and Seth. "This is just...wow...I'm not sure if i'm honored or... what about you?" he pointed at me. "Aside from the fact that you can talk, are you something special also?"
"Well--"
"He's a prince also," Kragis said, suddenly appearing (again).
"Kragis!" I snarled angrilly and smacked him upside the head. "What the heck?!"
He smiled and dodged me. "He's also only half dragon, that's why--"
I grabbed him from teh back of the neck. He stiffened like a cat would.
"Okay, okay..." he whimpered a bit. "I'll shut up."
"You sure picked a good time to reappeared," I said sarcastically, letting him go. "Thanks for the help by the way."
"Okay, are you mad at me?"
"Nah, ya think?"
Garth stared at me with new eyes. "Half...? How...?"

"It's along story." I answered for Drey.
Skipper just sighed.

K: hey kraigas long time no

Kragis turned his head and grinned. "Hey, it's the lycan!" He high-fived him.
I faced the city in the distance. Looks like things may have calmed down a little, but the dragons were still in captivity, still being mistreated and used as slaves.

I sighed and sat down. "Man, this world sucks."
Skipper looked down at me. "Even though you were treated with respect?"
I glared at him. "If you ask me, that was actually really awkward."
"I actualy wouldn't mind it, at least for a day."
I smirked. "Well, we can just leave you on this world then."
"No freakin' way!"
I laughed and looked at Drey. "So now what? Wanna book out of this world?"

I struggled within my head. "I can't. I can't leave them, not when a side of me considers them kin. They're not bad, or feral, or evil; they hold a grudge against humans right now, but they just want to be released." I rubbed the back of my neck. "But honestly I'm not sure what to do."

I shrugged. "We could save them I guess. Besdies, I want to find out more about that master guy anyway."

K: what ever you guys decide on i'm in

"Yeah, the only problem is, how are we going to save over a thousand dragons without putting the humans in danger as well? We can't do that all at once; that would be genocide."

K: why dont we just sneek back into town at night get back to were there keaping them take out the guards quietly unlock all the cages and quickly and quietly as posible get them out of town then we could just send them to the dragon relms

*kain said while lying on the grass looking at the sky*

"That won't work," Garth spoke up suddenly. "It's not like we lock all the dragons up in one place. Most of them are adopted by civilians who keep them in there homes. If you just go around releasing them, that would take months to get into every house and room."
"Are you saying you're going to help us?" I said very carefully.
He turned his head and crossed his arms. "I don't know. This all goes against what I've grown up with knowing. My brother and I...we're partners, we make a living catching and selling dragons. I'm part time tour guide, but..."

K: think it will work i still have a trick up my sleeve have you guys even wonderd how i got from my world to here

"That doesn't have anything to do with this! traveling through time and space is not the same as mastering it! That takes years to master!" I growled, standing up and pacing.
Skipper sighed. "Ugh, he's pacing again..."
I just ignored him. "I think the only way to free the dragons is through that master guy. If we could talk to him about this nonsense, then maybe he'll listen to reason and let the dragons go. Of course, only one of us would have to confront him." I looked at Drey. "And it probably won't be you." I then looked to Kain. "And you'd just attack him straight off." I looked to Skipper. "And you... I don't know."
Skipper smiled and sat down.

"That leaves you, the revered one," I added. "That reminds me, who could have been the shapeshifter from these guys' past? And what did he give to the Master that allowed everyone in the city to control the dragons?"
Garth shifted a little.

Skipper sighed. "I dunno, maybe we should ask the kid... WHOA!" As he was talking, Skipper leaned back, hoping to find a tree I guess, when instead he fell into the lake. I laughed as he came up to the surface and sapt out some water. He tossed a fish off of his head. "Not funny!"

Garth lifted his hand to cover a grin. I shook my head and smiled. "You know Skipper, you almost remind me of my buddy Rikko. Kid-like and klutzy."

Skipper's frown just turned into a grin. "Really?"
I stopped laughing, but I was still grinning. "Hey, Skip, don't look now, but your girlfriend's back."
"I don't have a girlfriend! What are you...?" He turned arund just in time to get samckec in the face by about twenty fish. I laughed again, this time roling on the ground. After a few more hits Skipper came back up, all drenched with water, an annoyed look on his face.

*kain sighed*

K: you dony know all the places i've been i'm no rooky when it comes to this i promise you gie me one day just one day i can clear out every drago in the city

I just ignored Kain as Skipper lunged at me. we wrestled around just like we used to before this whole Shapeshifter business.

K: alright you dont believe me i'll proove it
*kain picked up his sword and it began to glow with green energy like in the picture he then cut a hole in midd air and walked throu but he then came back a hour later*
K: uh guys... we have a problem

"Now what?" I hissed, pushing Skipper off of me.
